They want the original certificate. Bring everything original for them, they will copy whatever they need/want.
Hiring process is as follows:
Interview, psychometric assessment, simulator assessment > next available groundschool.
Be aware that the process does take time. couple years sometimes (with intermittent delays in-between). You can read through this thread and have some idea. Anything else you can always ask! Cheers
