A monthly remuneration package, including lodging allowance and bonuses, averaging 25,600 US $ net of taxes as follows: • 16,200 US $ monthly base remuneration • 2,500 US $ A330 type allowance • 24,000 US $ yearly safety bonus (2,000 US $ per month, paid semi-annually) • 20,000 US $ loyalty bonus paid after the first four years of service • A monthly base allowance of 800 US $ • A monthly lodging allowance of 2,000 US $ • A monthly ground transportation allowance of 1,000 US $ • A monthly ticketing allowance of 500 US $ • Overtime above 960 block hours per year at 300 US$ per hour • Thirty days per year of paid leave • Health insurance coverage • Loss of license insurance allowance covering 100 % of the cost. • Education allowance • Generous Travel privileges in accordance with airline travel policies.

- 19,000 US$ base remuneration for the first three year term;
- overtime pay of 300 US$ per hour above 80 hours per month;
- 16,000 US$ yearly loyalty bonus paid every 12 months for the first three year term;
- 17,000 US$ yearly loyalty bonus paid every 12 months for the second three year term;
- 6,000 US$ yearly safety bonus paid every 12 months;
- a living allowance of 2,500 US$ per month;
- a travel allowance of 10,000 US$ per year;
- ID travel privileges as per Airline rules;
- Up to 45 days of paid leave per year;
- candidate support services at screening, induction and throughout the period of service.
