I'm not sure if flights re-routed in advance of departure, such as yesterday's NCE, are included in those figures - I rather doubt it - but thanks for the data as a rough indication.
Edit: Checking the Southend arrival movement logs the number of diversions from LCY were:
January 10
February 6
March 3
April 3
