Due to the grass runway at Ipswich there were issues with the Do228 damaging
the surface in very wet conditions which also caused disruption to the schedules in the early days there.....

The Russian transport types almost always had some tyres worn down to canvass....probably because they were low pressure and they didn't bother re-moulding......
