emains are a self replicating virus that's managed to create an industry based apon buzz words and mediocrity. Ever notice how HR bods tend to be wimin in their late 20's to about 40ish wearing dark trousers and comfortable shoes?
In airlines they are often ingratiate themselves with the cabin crew component and thus they have turned pilot recruitment into the daftest process that barely recognised what the job entails.
But that's just my opinion.....when the revolution comes, they will the first to be "liquidated"
