Yes, i'm under no illusion about getting a job in the US, however i would go on a student visa which allows me to work after qualifying, this last for 2 years. So, there is the potential to teach as an FI and work within the 2 years and build up hours/experience and then move on.
There is no guarantee of work after qualifying but there is quite a good percentage of graduates that work for Mauna Loa afterwards (according to them that is). And yes, Hawaii looks awesome
