I agree entirely but I've been observing UK politicians for too long and it will be KK. I'm not saying that I'll eat my hat if it is LL but, I would be truly astonished.
The C.I. argument is strong as is an old favourite of mine, The Isle of Man - another financial stronghold. Twice a day would be fine. Then you can start loading up all the other displaced 'Brymons' and their ilk.
