I noted the United BHX-EWR figures every day for one month this winter and it was fairly accurate. You can note four inbounds and outbounds at any one time and as long as you remember to check it for a final time after the flight has departed it is usually pretty accurate.
I was a little shocked at the final result as the seat map figure was slightly higher than the CAA stats, it was around a 2% error, which equated to over 100 pax. I thought that was a little high for the amount of no-shows but I seem to remember reading somewhere that 2 seats are blocked per flight for non-operating crew, is that right?
MANFOD btw the AA seat-map link I have access to has been showing system error for ages, are you carrying out dummy bookings?
BHX AA loads have been up and down to say the least.
