Having worked for companies both with a union and without, along with 26 years runing my own company its my observation that bad unions are always a response to bad companies, just as good unions are a response to well run good companies, if both WJ management and the employees keep these two factors in mind all will be well, time will tell how sensible and mature both sides are, good luck to all of them!
