Am with Baymac and LIPS(API) as well.
With kids being free with Baymac I am about at same cost as with AETNA but without the need to be APC member (which for me is an important reason as API for me is less and less tempting). As said before, if you leave EK you can keep Baymac as a stand alone (unless you are moving to the US, I believe).
