I respectfully disagree with your assertion that the old fella is out of touch with current industrial relations. Read the 49'ers book and you can see the company following the same play book. The labor experience of the A-scale generation is valuable and should not be overlooked lest we repeat history.
Perhaps your complaint resides in the attitude of those that go the extra mile for the company. That is not a labor relations issue.
