As RVDT says, in my humble opinion
Forefinger right hand - idle release
Middle finger right hand - Start button
Left hand - turn throttle
Simples, Or whatever works for you !
As long as you are are clear what you are going to do should it all go horribly wrong I don't really think it matters.
