I agree that most are to paid to excess and are not worth their total compensation package.
If you look at Delta's package he did manage a rise of over 200% in profits. Is he worth the $17 million? Certainly not but what does Timmy receive including the kick backs? I'm sure it is excess of the U.S. Managers.
