The FO scale is based on TT at time of joining.
<500TT: USD850/mth (maybe 900?)
500-1000TT: 1135/mth
>1000TT: 1285/mth
Note: all salaries being converted to and paid in IDR in the very near future due to "new govt regulations"
The company is apparently considering several options for how the USD amounts will be converted to IDR. No decision has been communicated to pilot group as yet.
These new govt rules come into effect as of July 1.
With regards to the teaching bonds, you have to be a captain for at least 12mths before you can get training bonds back.
