Isn't buying a TR some kind of P2F? It is in some way, like it or not.
Nobody is going to hire you with a TR only without hours on that type of aircraft. If you can find some kind of TR+contract on a Turboprop then go for it.
You also do not consider instructing because of your age, I understand you... but there are not much options left apart from this.
Try Flybe or your national companies if they are hiring low hours, Ryanair it's a good option if you are so lucky you get the call for the interview, but they have a discrimination for age (even some people denies that, prove is they prefer youngsters).
Network, search for positions online, maybe you can find something but it's very difficult with low hours.
