Problems early on seem largely to have been resolved.
I did the DL with 4Forces and passed all 14 exams first time. So they must be doing something right!
Material was not as bad as some had led to believe, and I understand is subject to continuous improvement...well they were certainly working hard enough on it whilst I was there!
All in all I would be happy to recommend them - but remember that ultimately it is YOU that does the work with DL: you can't blame the material for everything!
