Nothing to do with hiring practices if someone from "the airlines" can't hand fly a raw data ILS or follow basic SOP's.
IMHO, it has EVERYTHING to do with hiring practices if airline applicants aren't given a sim check to see whether or not they can hand fly a raw data ILS.
