FR to BUD is showing on the website. Make sure you click "direct flights". However, you'd never, ever want to use the airport's website to book the flights.

The weird thing being that I used the MAN website to "book" a 14.06.15 / 21.06.15 trip but it gave no options! If you just want the timetable, then going through the scheduled timetable feature will provide the requisite result
