Doha in Qatar might still be looking for Approach Radar folks. Direct hire by their civil aviation authority as far as I know.
Most outfits in the Middle-East prefer ICAO endorsed tickets. Having your FAA licence converted to ICAO might also improve your chanches all round, not that I know what this process entails and timeframe involved. A couple of assesments via an ICAO recognised institution might be all that is required and might be worth the effort.

Good luck. Bit of a bummer to be perfectly good at managing traffic the one day and then having to pack it in due to such a low retirement age. I am sure there is a station out there willing to give you a go and draw another couple of good vectors from your bag.
