I like coded because I can look at a TAF and interpret all the information I need in a second or two. I can read and entire area forecast of TAF's in a minute and move on with my day. The ones that need deeper thought stand out and I can review them in detail.
Decoded is a pain in the arse. Fine if people want it as long as it never replaces the standard format.
