Why isn't there a "like" button?
FWIW, there are several layers of individuals in EK management that view their employees as mere part numbers to be worked as hard as plausible, the advertisements and the lowering of entry requirements are a reflection of the reality that the word is out about EK and it's working environment.
At the front end 25-40% of the flightcrew I work with are actively looking to leave, amongst the CC it's more like 50-60%.
