Bob was the quintessential "Larger than life" chap. Lit up the room wherever he was and took command of social activity. I only did a short spell with Gf, moaned about everything and Bob put me straight, in Shirlock's, quite sternly but bought me a drink afterwards with that huge smile. Top bloke.
