In their briefing it says that PF will handle thrust levers and thats what i've done but its really hard and i had difficulties in keeping centered the airplane while adjusting thrust (i was the first of the day and first PF so i made it how it was described but then my PM, as PF, wanted me to adjust thrust).
So i suggest to brief with the PM that you will advance thrust levers and the he will adjust thrust.
For references i've brought 2personals, 1Training from FTO and 1 "Academic" from FTO as i din't want to let my boss know that i was doing this..
