From what you have written you only hold a Type specific (Airbus IR) instrument qualification.

You are, therefore, not currently qualified to fly IFR at all in any 'EASA' SEP aircraft.

If you still hold a valid UK PPL then you are (currently) entitled to fly Annexe II aircraft IFR (but only in VMC) in certain airspace classes.

As they have embedded IMC privileges, if you still hold a valid UK CPL or ATPL then you are entitled to fly IFR, in IMC, in Class G to D airspace, in Annexe II aircraft only

You need to decide what SEP instrument qualification you want on your EASA Part-FCL Licence; and it would be best to acquire this before you apply for your new Licence as this avoids a second (costly) application to the CAA.

Both an SPA-IR-SE and SPA-IR-ME (includes SE privileges) need Training as required at an ATO, followed by a successful flight test to Renew.

An IMC Rating needs a successful flight test to renew - this will be annotated IR(Restricted) on your Part-FCL Licence.

If you still hold a valid UK CPL or ATPL it should be possible to use the embedded IMC privileges in these to obtain an IR(R) on your EASA Licence - but do note that this route is only possible at time of conversion (application for first Part-FCL Licence)
