I am no great authority on this but I believe that only Ryanair and flybe op from T1(old BA Terminal) and there isn't any further space there for Easyjet.
The pier Easyjet use also has international arrivals and I think that is why busses are used for domestic arrivals. Flybe do also have to use busses for the remote stands that they have to use.
