I had my final interview in Melb last month and it really isn't that much to worry or stress about.
This process just gives them a chance to meet you on a more personal note as the previous interview is a group discussion and they don't get that chance.
One thing that is important though, they will want to hear from you how you have handled problem customers and problem situations in your past work history. If you give them a positive answer to this, it shows them that you will be fine with the same sort of situations on the plane.
Again, dont worry or stress too much, as they just want to get to know the real you.
