Sounds like something is not accurately stated in the report. I guess their V speeds (from Lido TOPA - not the EFB) were correct, otherwise a tailstrike would have been likely. The thrust setting (based on FMC input) off course was off. So, in a way the non-EFB based takeoff performance calculation mitigated the outcome, compared to EK407.
