The Swire Group regard CX as just another asset, just like a Coke Bottling plant. The end game will be to sell this asset for the biggest personal gain for SG, nobody else. The dictat from 'on high' (ie London) is to employ mainly ethnic Chinese on an ever reducing package with the priority being no Expat benefits and no work rules except those insisted upon by CAD (sic). The big A Scale earners will have retired soon (say 10 years) and there will be hundreds of ethnic FO's coming up for Command.
2025 CX will be called China Southern so don't waste your helpful attitudes here. Wake up and take them elsewhere ( or learn Mandarin). AT and the rest of this team will be long gone so don't imagine they care a stuff about what you think either. Like the Nazis they're just obeying orders............
