So true, amazing to think so many employees not only flight crew, actually enjoy watching CX fail and get enjoyment out of it.
It'll take one hell of an effort to turn this ship around, however I don't think they have any intention of doing so. It'll end up in the hands of China and be just another mainland airline that once was a respected carrier.
