I would say it's a dream, the American dream. The MEN article talks mainly about seat to fill, not filled seats. Looking at the passenger numbers beteween MAN and USA the first 4 months this years there are 46,625 less passengers than the same months last year; this is 14.1% less passengers. This indicates a different direction, but with more capacity on British wings and less American capacity this summer, one can always hope and espesially hope for more Mancunians taking the trip over the pond. But there is worrying signs for the British economy like no to negative CPI inflation the last months. My few points give a different direction than what MEN's article points to. I'm used to the investigative and critical journalism which is the general rule in my country, not these cosy advert like articles I've seen on the MEN site.
