Obviously many pilots have no idea where their pay comes from.
& govt airline(NZ) who are high cost, can't even run certain routes.
As long as KRA keep costs under control, they'll do well (which is where Vincent stuffed up)
Vincent should have never got an Australian AOC & should have stayed small & nimble instead of having huge staff which they then had to find work to justify & ending up doing FIFO at below cost.
