Whilst there were female applicants at the FTE day I attended. On the subsequent Waterside days my groups were completely male.
Personally I have told very few that I have been successful yet and will reserve celebrations until I have signed the contract with APL. I am certainly not indicating my future plans to my current employer until I have a definite start date at FTE. It is also worth remembering that a job at BA is by no means guaranteed and only a result of hard work of the next 18 months.
Selection was the easy part.
