The EC130B4
is the AS350 airframe with a different cabin tacked on to the front and a fenestron instead of a tail rotor. Development of the AS350B3, hence the B4 designation.
Not at all sure why some posters here seem to be under the impression that the EC130 is some 'big brother' to the EC120
