Could the CEO of a certain company come out NOW and make a "from the heart" apology ?
I suspect the damage has already been done so perhaps too late to mitigate it, although it may not do any harm to try. Couldn't an ex-gratia payment as a gesture of goodwill have been made to the family without accepting liability? Perhaps the tragedy highlights the potential conflict of cautious legal advice and the need for good
PR in such circumstances.
Anyway, TCX are an increasingly important customer of MAN with the long haul expansion so we wait to see the impact.
Travelled through T1 on sunday 03/05 with tcx.
And on a similar (and happier note), our family will be there this Sunday for a 06.00 flight with the same airline. After the queues reported last year at T1, and given it's the start of the school holidays and a Bank Holiday, will planning to arrive at the airport for 03.30 be ok, do you hardened travellers feel?
