I was there yesterday. The part with the pilot went very well and the bit HR bit went reasonably well but there were a couple of questions I feel I could have answered miles better. I had lots of prepared examples that would have been perfect for 1-2 questions but I didn't use them and ended up improvising on the spot.
It's normal to feel that things didn't go as well as you thought. When I came out the interview I was delighted but now having had time to reflect on the day in more detail I know I could have done miles better in certain areas..
