May I ask you to share your experience in CPP selection please

This is KinGsDown, I am going to apply the CX CPP in the following months,
I will be very pleased if u can share your experience in the CPP selection process to me.
I study though BAK PPL RPL, but I have recently given u up on tech stuffs and focused on the HR and company background.
How do you prepare your 1b and stage 2 ?
My friends told me to memories all the routes, destination name, fleets...etc and also going deep into JKI, Am I in the right direction ?
