BA gave us the following figures in the presentation from memory.
Stage 1 -> 2998
Stage 2 - > 300
Stage 3 -> 140
Stage 4 -> 85
Can't remember the numbers exactly for stage 2 and 3 but think the figures were around that. Stage 2 might have been approx. 300 per FTO rather than total.
Yes, the '3 times and you're out' would have had a big bearing on how many were eligible. I must admit I thought more would have applied for stage 1 but hey ho.
