I'm obliged to point out, since you don't appear to have noticed, that 'LEA' doesn't actually have a railway station. The nearest railway station serves the village of Church Fenton and is at least a mile away from the airport. So yes, if you take the train from Durham then you might get to CF station without a change, but once you're there you've still got to get to the airport.....
Quite honestly, the change to the Metro at Newcastle Station is the easier option.
