When I say training capacity, I mean places where they run their type rating course. Not cadets. I did not say CTC cadets will be called first. There might be some preference maybe, same story with OAA and CAE academies, but modular guys will still have their share of chances.
They recruit from all over Europe, not just from UK schools.
Urbe Aero in Rome trained many pilots in Italy that now fly for Ryanair for example. And Urbe isn't the only school in Italy that has a good number of Italian past students now flying for Ryanair.
