Is that not the problem? People going into work to find a roster they aren't happy with, decide (rather immaturely) to not work hard, and get so fed up, they leave, for the
'better structured' (I say with great sarcasm) Ryanair?!? Jet2 are very much a seasonal airline - very busy in summer, not so in winter. I am sure there are many pilots who do, and would love to work at LS - Every day is different - you're not flying LBA-LHR 4-5 times a day like at BA. I grant that roster disruption may cause a few problems with life at home, but as I say, it makes everyday different, and not so 'Deja vu' like the others.
