I don't believe SEN missed out on any LCY diversions yesterday. The LCY arrivals board showed only nine diversions all day and according to the posts above SEN took four of them, one around midday and three (out of six) in the evening. Amongst those that did not use SEN were the Alitalia and Swiss flights but I suspect SEN does not feature in their diversion plan .

The evening diversions may have been partly the result of long holding times. It looks as though a patch of difficult weather may have moved through LCY during the evening peak possibly causing some go-arounds and second approaches and then delays built up as a consequence. There was no need for diversions after this period. It seems to me unlikely that SEN declared itself full, but I don't know as I was not there.
It would not have made any difference yesterday.
