Just picking up on the whole internet fare comparisons issue ... one of Thomas Cook's major advantages (alongside Thomson) is the company's retained ability to market its products face-to-face via its chain of traditional high-street travel agencies. For the likes of us who regularly haunt PPRuNe, it is easy to forget that there remains a loyal (often well-off / older) clientele who like to book their holidays in the traditional way. I suspect that the high-street agents will redouble their efforts to spread the word amongst their regulars and help make this programme successful.
