I agree - Nice to know the high ups can still be let go but the $2m pay offs make us all blink quite hard and shake our heads. If I had to pick a way to get fired, getting a $2m pay off would be one of them.
Here's hoping the new people are helicopter savvy and not the sort of people who think IT and pointless process solves all problems.
