Does anyone know whether this is BOS (ie Logan) or is it Providence RI - which was rumoured to be in the frame at one time?
Also, having flown TCX across the Atlantic on a seat only basis, I found it damned hard to buy a Premium seat, the reason given was that they are reserved for people buying a premium package with Thomas Cook.
We got PE in the end but only after a lot of pfaffing - basically I was saying 'dear Thomas Cook, I would like to give you some more money' and they didn't seem to understand
FWIW - the PE product on the A330 was actually pretty decent and I'd use it again if it was easy to purchase.
I really think they need to change that policy if they are going to maximize the market. There are plenty like me that won't do Economy on a long-haul flight.
