Yes, seminar is one and AOC is the other.
Training as required to bring you up to standard to pass the AOC. Can't find any "minimum" time stated here.
If it's still on your ratings page (unlikely after such a period) the examiner completing the AOC can add the rating there and then. If it has been removed and is on the back then it needs to go back to the competent authority for auctioning.
