Unfortunately for fresh pilots with no hrs on jet the other GCC countries only accept their own locals, Gulf Air is the only national carrier in the GCC that has no program in place to incorporate local pilots. Unless your the kid of someone in management or higher up and this seems to apply to most positions in the company not just pilots. Here's to the 2030 vision
