The assessment day
For those of you about to do the assessment day, for the one in Dublin its really relaxed and everything is explained to you on the day. They send you the briefing pack so make sure you know that off by heart. They like it when you know the SOP.
Pitch and power setting are explained but its 5 degrees and about 60-65% N1. We did the WAL2T from LPL and then a couple of turns before vectors for the ILS. Nothing too hard. Make sure you brief with your partner about what they expect from you as PM and PF as different schools teach different things!
Tech questions aren't too hard: What engine, icing, bypass ratio, swept things that kinda thing. Good luck!
