Hi Kidlink. I'm surprised that your Instructor, or CFI isn't helping you with this. the details of a successful application are more involved than the flight training, and the new online system is still unfamiliar and a bit hit and miss.
You will certainly have to provide all the supporting documents, and a form of photo ID either by post or scanned into an email. Any copies will have to be Certified by an Examiner, or the CFI.
