Applied 10 months ago, still no notice for them.. their selection procedure is not what we call fair, as I know people being called just 2 months after applying, for others it takes ages to hear something..
Some buddies here been waiting for 1 year and other for more than 2 years, just have a quick look on the thread. Other people has stated here that have been called just 2 weeks after applying, any sense on this?
I thought like you when I finished my training nearly 1 year ago about RYR being the best option out there, but after times passes by you will start to realize (if you are not one of the lucky ones who get the call) that RYR doesn't have to be "the option" you should focus on... they don't call everyone.
