Bvcu, it's still in the pilot contract. So not being economical at all. Not paying the increment and changing the productivity threshold twice has also saved them a shed load. Much more the changes in threshold than the increment. Have they cut your pay and increased the hours you have to work for the pleasure?
The pilot group had a 0.5% increase last year. An EGIT neighbour received 5%, a HR friend received 4.0%. So the performance pay seems to be out performing for some.
